clare's soups is a concept they have been thinking about for a couple of years.
it all began in simpsons deli and food hall in september 2007, where clare made her first soup, a couple of months later kate joined the team along with Anne Bullock,
since then they have gone from strength to strength by experimenting with different ingredients to create delicious new recipes, what they are about is creating good local soup using fresh ingredients and no preservatives.
